Submission of Extracts

Submission of abstracts for VC2025  – deadline approaching! April 6, 2025.

Please Create a user account in ConfTool  and then proceed to abstract-submission, following the instructions below.

Please note that conference registraton and payment will open after assessment and acceptance of submissions, expected by April 30 2025.

ABSTRACTS:

Please, download the LaTeX-template (please avoid using Word or Scientific Workplace), and use it for writing your abstract (not longer than half a page). The file-name of this document must begin with the presenters family name. 

Please select the MAIN TRACK for your contribution unless you have been invited to a special session. In this case you will get the submission code from your session-organizer.

Posters:

Due to the limited amount of talks at this conference we offer the possibility of poster presentations. Posters should be submitted in PDF-format, size A1, upright format.  The deadline for poster submission is June 6 2025.
